As a first time buyer, buying your first home can be quite a daunting experience, as you have never done it before and everything is completely new.

When you arrive at the office you will be offered a hot/cold beverage, at which time you and your mortgage consultant will begin to get to know each other. Once you both feel comfortable, your mortgage consultant will discuss with you the buying process from you making the Offer to the day of Completion.
To ensure you are kept fully informed of the process of your application we are the first to introduce a personal Mortgage Application Tracker. You can use your MAT to track your case and see what stage it has reached. You will be able to contact your consultant or the processing team via email.
