Services we Offer
Once you have found a property, the stress then begins by having to constantly chase your solicitors for outstanding enquiries and searches. You may be unable to contact your solicitor which is frustrating as you have a deadline for exchange. We can take all the heart ache out of the conveyancing process, as we can push both the Vendors solicitors and your solicitors ensuring a smoother transition to completion.
There is an initial administration fee, which is payable on the outset.
Purchasing Search
Upon instruction we will ask for your property criteria which will form the foundation of the search. We charge an initial administration fee payable on instruction. The success fee will be calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price or the savings we achieved. Payable upon completion or 1 month after exchange.
Negotiation Only
It is a daunting process having to view so many properties, then upon deciding on one, and having built up a relationship with the agent, you then have to negotiate on the price. We can remove all the emotional ties and negotiate on your behalf. An administration fee is payable upon instruction a percentage is payable upon completion or 1 month after exchange, fees are subject to individual circumstances.
